Fully functional bathroom with tile it ,shower, sink , and mirror. Roof and floor is fresh in the bathroom. The walls need pvc board cut and glued over them, but I don’t have the time right now. The price is reflecting the cost of some new tires and to sell with bathroom as is. There are no leaks in the bathroom and none of the utilities are cracked or leaking. I will send the pvc board with the buyers so they can finish or don’t because it still works as it is supposed to.
