You are reviewing a beautiful full body paint 2015 Cardinal 3450, 41 foot 5th Wheel. This RV is outfitted with just about every option beginning with a Cummins Onan 30 Amp generator with a dedicated built in fuel tank that starts right up and runs perfectly. It has two reverse cycle AC/heat systems that are completely hidden on the inside and deliver air through a shared ceiling ducted system. To enhance the ventilation, there are two powered ceiling vents including one that is thermostatically controlled with a rain free sensor. For entertainment, the Cardinal has two flat screen high def TVs. The living room TV is 40 with integral ROKU for ease of streaming your favorite shows via wifi or using one of two automatic roof mounted satellite dishes with your Dish or Direct TV reciever. Also in the living room, you will find a brand new double recliner facing the TV and a matching three recliner couch. In the kitchen, you will find a newer Haier four door residential refrigerator that runs on shore power, generator power or via a 600 watt inverter, so you have rock solid ice cream even at the end of very long drive. The layout is perfect for travelling with clear access to the refrigerator, sink, select cabinets and full bathroom all with the units slides remaining closed. A brand new skylight lights up the full size shower and bath. In the front, you will find a spacious bedroom with a full closet, multiple drawers, a dresser and a washer dryer hook-up. It currently has an almost new queen mattress, but can be upgraded to an RV King (the original size) if desired. Mechanically, the unit is outfitted with a Lippert hydraulic automatic one button leveling system that also powers the slides. A hand held remote makes it a delight to extend the slides while standing outside watching for any obstructions. Everything is up to date and operational, however, since this unit is 10 years old, it is being sold as-is and you can expect periodic maintenance to be needed. Please realize that this is not a how many can you sleep camper, but a luxury home away from home for an adventurous couple.
