This beautiful 2018 Dynamax Isata 4 31DSF is built on the reliable 2017 Ford E-450 6.8L V10 gas chassis, combining luxury, comfort, and dependability in a single Class C motorhome. Its the sought-after 32+-foot double-slide floorplan from Dynamax, part of Forest Rivers premium division. The coach has been lightly used, well maintained, and has only 29,000 miles. NEW Truma water heater and all season tires installed 7/24 and only have 6000 miles on them. The Sea Shore interior décor features solid wood cabinetry, high-end finishes, and a neutral, timeless color palette.

The spacious interior offers two large slide-outs that open up the living area and bedroom for maximum comfort. The slide toppers have been removed. The front cab seats swivel to become part of the living space, and a U-shaped dinette provides additional seating and converts to sleeping space. The kitchen includes a 3-burner cooktop with oven, large double-door refrigerator with ice maker upgrade, stainless sink, solid-surface countertops, and plenty of storage. The bedroom features a queen bed, wardrobe storage, and a TV.

The exterior has been well cared with minor cosmetic damage (hail side dent on passenger side from a rock on the highway, a few minor/small scratches, the small cabinet door to the water cubby broke off recenty on a trip and needs repair) but otherwise has been kept clean and polished). We moved this our to our farm last year and with New Mexico heat it has caused leather chipping on the front seats, sofa, and dinette. Additional items worth noting: 1 blind is not working properly and needs repair, there was a small leak in the front cap that was repaired right away but it did cause warping on the cupholder of the bunk but per the RV inspector it did not cause damage to the walls, some window seals need to be worked on because of the heat). Everything works as it should and the RV has always been stored clean and maintained regularly. Non-smoker. Please note, this has been very well cared for but it is an 8 year old unit and it is not perfect and we've priced it accordingly.
