This 2017 LANCE Model 1995, 4-seasons certified all weather package travel trailer is for sale by original owner. Purchased new in 2017. We are retiring from camping, so all necessary trailer/camping equipment is included as well as the tow hitch. See attached list and pictures for details. This unit has been well maintained inside and out and is in excellent condition. Used by a retired couple with no children or pets, and non-smokers. This lightweight, dry weight 3950, GVWR 5700 pound, 23 9 trailer has been easily towed through the Rocky Mountains in Colorado and across the country on multi-week trips from Colorado to New York and Florida with no problems. Previously towed with a 2007 Toyota 4Runner 4.7L V8 and currently a 2019 Ford F150 3.5L V6 EcoBoost.

This unit includes many options offered by LANCE as listed in the attached files. Features a walk-around queen bed, slide-out dinette, shower, toilet, refrigerator with freezer, 3-burner range w/21 oven, microwave oven, TV, CD/DVD player, radio, AC, furnace, and water heater. The closets have been modified with additional shelving to accommodate more clothes, kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker, etc.), towels, etc. for longer trips. Also includes large under-bed storage for larger items, large slide-out drawers under the dinette seats for even more storage (food and cookware) and an easy access outside slide-out storage bin for grill, outdoor mat, fishing poles, etc.

The 16 awning fabric was replaced in 2023, wheel bearings repacked w/new seals in 2023 and exterior padded cover added over front window to protect from rock chips. Trailer is currently winterized.
