New tires as of Oct 15th, 2025 with new easy access valve stems (no issues with old tires, just wanted to make sure new buyer has a safe ride. They say tires should be replaced every 5 years regardless of miles.)

NOTE: This unit is unique as it has the lighter farmhouse interior with theater seating. It has other add on's I can tell you about.
