After we purchased this RV, we worked with a reputable RV repair professional to evaluate the RV and developed a detailed list of items that needed to be done so that the RV not only looked the very best but ensured everything functioned properly. This RV requires still requires a new inspection sticker. The main slide 1 has a smudge on one of the decals from where the RV brushed up against the taillight of a parked vehicle. Another slide was treated for a water leak, and we have not seen any water since it was repaired. Additionally, we noticed the front driver's side hydraulic leg had a very small leak and once the hose was replaced the leak disappeared. The master bedroom was not finished when we purchased the RV. We finished the master bedroom by installing new vinyl plank flooring, built a platform for the bed and rebuilt the master bedroom closet and drawer. The main awning arm has been replaced and works great. The rear of the toy hauler is supposed to have an awning arm and was missing when the RV was purchased. We bought a replacement awning arm only to find out that the one we were sent does not fit and were told they don't make those awning sizes anymore.
