RV Description
This 1974 Condor II was built on a Ford chassis and has the extremely rare 4x4 drivetrain. The odometer reads 66,383 miles. It was purchased new in 1974 by my father-in-law and was used to travel in the winter with his family from California to skiing destinations across the West. In the summers they made cross country trips from Florida to New England and even to Alaska where they kept driving until the road ended. It has a Ford 390 engine that runs on gasoline but it was also configured to run on propane with the turn of a lever. The original transmission was replaced with a more robust Allison transmission. It is currently registered as non-op to save on DMV fees. It has been stored in an enclosed large metal shop building for maybe 30 years. It will need some tires and a new side window as well as a thorough mechanical refresh. The interior could also use some updates. We are looking for someone who has a desire to fix up this classic and rare motorhome.
