As a driving vehicle, this van has been 100% reliable and well-maintained. Drives great, zero issues, in great shape mechanically. Some of the appliances have issues: fridge probably needs to be replaced, heat/hot water only work when the house batteries are fully charged, and fresh water tank trickles after being filled.
