Selling my fathers 5th wheel RV. He recently passed away and still owes $27k, but Im pricing it lower based on prices I see on the market. I will include the 5th wheel truck attachment. RV includes outdoor kitchen and retractable awning. He replaced the pullout sofa with a couch with two recliners. If interested, I will also include the custom motorcycle trailer seen in the pictures. It attaches to the RV with a double hitch so that it isnt considered a trailer behind a trailer.

Overall in very good condition. Theres a small bit of damage to the flooring that can be seen in the pictures. It looks like it may have come from the slider being pulled in and out. The faux leather on the dinette benches is peeling and has covers over them. Has an outdoor kitchen too with grill, sink, small counterspace, and refrigerator.
