This classic RV has been lovingly cared for by non-smokers who always removed shoes indoors. It's fully equipped for comfortable, long-term living and has served us faithfully on cross-country trips. Unit has had very little use the last couple of years. No major mechanical issues everreliable from day one. We used to travel across the US in two occations (2017 and 2020). We're downsizing to a smaller camper for sporadic weekend getaways since we have no more plans of such long trips; this RV is too much for that so it's time for a new home.

Everything is in working order. Very little use the last few years.

Generator: Low usage overall, but it recently started having occasional starting issueslikely needs a simple tune-up.

We didnt not use it this year; however, I tested and other systems (appliances, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are functional and seem problem-free.

This is an older RV built with quality (those experienced undertand these older RVs were built solid), however, sold as-is in good shape for its age. Serious inquiries only.
