We purchased this layout specifically for the natural light in the kitchen, storage, countertop space and it is the ideal size for a family of 4+ without getting too crazy long. We love this unit and will continue to love it until it sells to the next great family.

The kitchen has an amazing amount of countertop space. The 12 cu. ft. (propane or A/C) frig works great and has always been ice cold. The tri-fold sofa in the living room is for seating or extra sleeping capacity.

Rear bunkhouse has 2 top bunks in an L shape, with a larger lower bunk.

There's a double entry bathroom with radius shower and on demand hot water. Queen bed with storage underneath, as well as storage cabinets overhead and in the slide.
