We are the original owners of this Grand Design 23BHE reluctantly selling this wonderful memory maker. You can see the tech specs by Googling it so focusing on particulars here. Its a nice little bunkhouse style with two (double) bunks that the kids love. Storage underneath the bunks and plenty of cabinet space! I didn't get a picture of the slide-out but it works perfectly and really makes a lot of room! Unlike some other campers, this one works great with the slide in as well, you can still access everything but the TV.

Very well maintained with a number of upgrades that include:

Goodyear tires (comes with original tires as well, very good cond.).

Morryde CRE 3000 suspension.

Sink plumbed to gray-tank (no sump-pump to clean).

Replaced 2-burner outdoor stove with 22" Blackstone griddle.

Dual 12V batteries and propane tanks.

New bearings & races.

Camco Eaz-Lift ReCurve R3 leveling / anti-sway system.

Master bed mattress (memory foam).

Bug/pest control screens.

Upgraded cabinet hardware.

And probably much more I'm forgetting.

What she comes with in addition to the stock items:

Battery locks.

Heavy duty hitch security.

Custom repair kit (things specific to the trailer such as water line repair, bearings, fuses, etc.).

We hate to sell because it is in great shape and a lot of fun, but life changes. This camper is ready to go, doesn't need anything, and is a comfortable little home.
