This 2019 Lance Model 1995 travel trailer is very clean and well maintained. The price includes a Curt weight distribution hitch with sway control.

We are the original owners. The trailer has been kept in covered storage from day one. If you know the Lance brand, you will not be surprised by the quality and workmanship of this trailer.

It has a comfortable standup shower with a curtain and a walk around queen size bed. There is ample storage in the unit; a tall closet, pantry, drawers below the pantry, large drawers under the dining area seats, cubbies with hanger bars on both sides of the bed, a lift-up cabinet with accent LED lighting above the sink for dishes and cups, and additional storage under the sink with drawers for utensils, placemats, etc. There is a large storage area in the slide out (accessed outside) and a forward pass-through storage compartment that can be accessed on either side of the exterior. A table that slides into a slot on the ceiling of the storage area is included. The storage compartment is great for chairs, tables, portable fire pit and fishing poles. Additionally, the u-shaped dining area converts to a bed that sleeps two.

Our Lance has the 4-Season Package, low mileage Goodyear Tires, Curt Anti-Sway Bar, Curt Round Weight Distribution Bars, interior and exterior LED lighting (including on the awning bar), stereo system with Bluetooth, 24-inch TV and adjustable (from the inside) antennae, 2-way Dometic refrigerator/freezer, 3-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, Haloview backup camera and display, Smart Jack and two 5-gallon propane tanks. Capacities are as follows: 45-gallon freshwater tank, 45-gallon gray tank and 45-gallon black tank.
