The good:
Overall exterior is in great condition. Roof is perfect with zero leaks and no water damage.
All roof vents, fans, and skylight have been replaced. All caulking is good. New RV cover included.
New engine ($15,000) in 2020 with only 6,000 miles on it. Suspension upgraded with Koni shocks and Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer.
Interior is excellent. Carpet is original but in great condition and just cleaned. No moisture or weird smells. Always stored with dehumidifier running.
House batteries replaced with 300 AH of lithium batteries with battery monitor, 2000W inverter, solar charge controller, portable 200 W solar panels, 60amp converter charger, DC to DC charger.
All maintenance continuously done, including all fluids (rear differential, transmission, brakes, power steering, cooling, oil).
All records of upgrades, maintenance, modifications, and shop manuals.
Fuel tank removed, cleaned, and all fuel/evap hoses and fuel pump replaced.
New Dreamfoam queen bedroom mattress from Brooklyn Bedding.
Generator maintained with annual tune up and new fuel pump and carburetor.
Leveling system refurbished with new jack springs, new manifold shuttle/solenoid valves, and hydraulic fluid change.
Much, much, more. Over $15,000 in upgrades (just in parts) since 2021.
The bad (not much):
Tires are 2019, in excellent condition. Always covered and treated with UV protectant. Recommend replacement in 2026 or annual inspection.
Vinyl graphics on cargo doors shrinking, all others in good condition.
Previous owner caused small dent and paint scrape on drivers side cargo door that are minor cosmetic blemishes and dont affect function. See photos.
