This 2014 FOREST RIVER SALEM CRUISE LITE 181BHXL is available for immediate sale and in decent condition following 8-9 years of moderate usage and 2 years of outdoor storage. All mechanicals worked at time of last usage, including the propane range and fridge, heater, A/C, water heater, toilet, shower, and microwave. Trailer was winterized after last usage in 2022.

Sleeping includes a twin over full set of bunks, plus a front sofa that folds out to a bed. Dinner table also converts for sleeping, though this was never used.

Noted issues include a small area of floor near the door needing repair following water in leakage around the door seal. Some mildew staining on awning and overall in need of cleaning. (All loose items in pictures will be removed before sale.). No significant roof leakage noted, though roof is original and has not been refinished. Skylights were replaced in 2021. Passed NY state inspection in last year of use.

Purchased in Idaho with additional insulation compared to southern US models. With furnace, is usable in early spring and late fall. May be good for use as a hunting cabin. Recommended for a buyer will put in a little work to bring it back to its original glory! Sold as is.
