In the last 3 years or so we have upgraded or replaced the following:
Full body paint
New roof
2 new air conditioners
new fan on heater
new residential kitchen faucet
new microwave
new oven/stove
new tires
new ever-lubes
new slide toppers
new batteries
2 new fantastic fans
per selling the RV we have had the underbelly & roof recently inspected & cleared as in great condition

Within the last 7 years we have also replaced the floors putting laminate throughout the living & kitchen areas and replaced the carpets. Replaced the fireplace, the bathroom sink and faucet.

This 5th wheel has been lovingly cared for but the time has come for us to stop traveling.
