Strengths & Considerations
Strengths
- Cargo flexibility in a relatively compact footprint: At under 30 ft, it’s easier to maneuver while still offering a usable garage area.
- Heavy payload capacity: With GVWR of 9,900 lbs and dry weight ~5,960 lbs, there’s room for gear, occupants, and supplies.
- Self-sufficiency features: The decent water capacities, propane tanks, HVAC, and solar-ready wiring make it suitable for semi-off-grid stays.
- No slideouts: Simplicity in structure means fewer mechanical systems to maintain or fail.
⚠️ Considerations
- No slideouts means floor space is fixed; may feel tight inside when cargo ramp is closed.
- Weight management is crucial: Because of the cargo area, you’ll need to balance payload (gear, water, supplies) carefully so as not to exceed GVWR.
- Garage space is modest (~6.9 ft in depth) — not sufficient for very long bikes or large ATVs unless disassembled.
- Heated/enclosed tanks help, but in truly cold climates you’d want to verify insulation, skirting, or other measures.
