Selling our 2017 Newmar Ventana LE with very low miles (14,000), and many extras. This motor home has always been stored in-doors. The motorhome was originally ordered with just under 16,000 dollars in options. I have included the factory price sheet in the picture section of the add which includes all of the standard features along with all of the added options. The 3709 is a very popular layout with one full bath, and one half bath (see attached picture of layout in the photo section). Everything is in great working order ready to roll. All of the upholstery was expertly replaced in November 2024 (6,987.00), new Sumitomo tires October 2024, Six new Interstate house batteries August 2024, Professional roof reseal August 2024. This is a well maintained motorhome that looks fabulous.

All of the big ticket items were replaced very recently. WHEN MAKING YOUR FINAL DECISION TO BUY MAKE SURE THAT YOU VERIFY THAT ALL OF THE BIG TICKET ITEMS ARE UP TO DATE AND IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. The RV is being sold due to a number of family health related situations that prevented us from using it more. We live in South Florida but store the RV in-doors in Brunswick Georgia just off I-95. If your serious about purchasing the RV I will need some advance notice to show the motorhome.
