My wife and I purchased this fifth wheel from my Grandma and hauled it to Michigan from Sanibel Florida in February. She bought it from the original owners and we have all of the maintenance and purchase records. Before making the trip, we had a local RV repairman perform some maintenance since the trailer sat idle at a trailer park for a few years - he worked on the brakes, wheel bearings, replaced a control board, and a few other items.

My wife and I have realized this fifth wheel is simply too large for our goals. Everything was functional before moving the RV to Michigan, but we have not utilized it for camping this year and figured it is time to sell. There are a few cosmetic blemishes consistent with what I believe can be expected for this model year (but, I am new to this world).

Since this RV was parked, my Grandma was using a full size fridge and a new propane fridge would need to be purchased. The buyer is welcome to have the full size fridge which is not sitting in our barn, it does not fit well with the slide outs in the "in" position. The buyer will also want to install new rear stabilizers as those were removed when the RV was setup in Florida.
