Everything is in good working condition. I have been using this camper regularly and have made sure that every appliance is in good working order and doesnt have any issues. This is a 4 season camper with a heated bay for the tanks and water system. I have added an aftermarket sway bar in the front and rear, heavy duty shocks, heavy duty steering stabilizer, and air bags to upgrade the suspension. It handles much better than stock. I put a CIGS 200w solar panel on the roof that can be plugged into a power pack to provide you with ac power on the road. This was one of the nicest class C rvs of its time. It has hardwood cabinets and nice well made latches. Theres storage under the bed and dinette, and pass through storage under the chassis. Sleeps 8, but 6 comfortably. Im the second owner and I bought it with around 90k on it. The original owners were an older couple in Tennessee. They bought it new off the lot in 2009 and took very good care of it. When I got it I changed the transmission fluid, rear end fluid, engine oil, coolant, generator oil, fuel filter, air filter, generator air filter, generator fuel filter and undercoated it. 105k miles and 334 hours on generator. Minor damage in rear see photos. No water damage. I resealed the roof when I bought it. The Awning and slide toppers are old and could be replaced. It's been down south most of its life. I had it undercoated by Pro Fleet Care and it is totally rust free.
