This is a 2020 Grand Design 3100RD travel trailer. This is the newest model that was made pre-pandemic with quality materials and build. This has been a wonderful travel trailer as we love the open floor plan. You can use the included RV furniture or use your own, nice comfy residential home furniture instead, e.g. (2) lazyboys and loveseats. The bedroom has a new Full Size mattress as well so a person can walk around in the bedroom with space. The camper has been stored in a professional gated RV storage for the last 2 years unused. We just don't have time to RV on the occasional weekend anymore. It has been professionally winterized and inspected. The Florida Title is in hand and ready to be transferred. We own this outright. I have many accessories for this RV (stabilizer hitch, RV rock solid stabilizers, extension power cords, sewer hoses, mats, and more...) we can talk pricing for that.

This RV sells brand new for $69,000 and the floorplan and basic features have not changed since 2020.

The A/C has been perfect for an occasional hot Florida summer weather. RV is pre-wired for a second A/C. We had the single A/c upgraded with duct transfer so even in 100+ degree heat one A/C kept it cool. The RV is pre-wired from the factory for a second A/C. This RV is bone dry, never had a leak. Run off-grid or 50amp - 30 amp or even 120V plugin. You will love this RV's coveted wide open area rear den. Outfit it with your choice of real furniture and your own mattress. You can live full-time in this RV as well.

The RV is located in Navarre in a storage area and I can show you all features running. I am able to run it on a simple 5250 watt generator. Larger generators run all appliances at once, but I can hook it up as 30 amp with my little generator. Nice spare tire on rear. I can give up my storage spot if you need a spot to keep it. The company charges like $90/month. It is not necessary though.

I hauled this with a 3/4 ton pickup.
