2013 Keystone Montana 5th Wheel 3150-RL. Needs new batteries, new shower floor, and repair or replace refrigerator (Freezer works fine as of time of listing). All other appliances work well. 2 roof A/C units, microwave, gas & electric hot water heater, gas oven, gas stove, gas furnace, and electric fireplace. Electrical and plumbing work well. Tires have excellent tread, but are 6 years old and probably should be replaced before traveling. Unit has been stored under a carport for most of it's life. Thorough inspection and service by qualified RV dealer recommended. Professional cleaning also recommended. Sold as-is, no guarantees, no warranty, no returns. Other problems with the unit may be discovered later but are not known to me at this time. Title in hand.
