Water heater just serviced and working great. Ac works great.

Cons- A few lightbulbs need to be replaced in the inside. Trim needs a few repairs, there are some scratches and bumps in a few places. The awning needs replaced. The steps leading into Rv need to be repaired.

Overall the Rv is structurally in great condition and is ready to be used.
