Beautiful Riverstone Reserve with all options. We have not travelled in the rv. It is on our deeded lot in a small Miramar Beach/Destin Subdivision . ( Lot is available for lease $1500 mo ) The mileage is a guess as the the unit was only transferred from Georgia ( outside Atlanta ) to Miramar Beach/Destin. This is our vacation "condo" in Destin. It has neutral Vinyl Plank Flooring, White interior, Soft Close Cabinets, Quarts Counters, Fireplace, large screen TV, Desk, Auto Recliners, sleeper sofa, Kitchen is in the front with large window over sink. There are three air conditioner units, and a washer dryer in the bedroom ( never used as we have one in the building on our site. ) Kitchen has pull out slides , a four burner range with standard oven in addition to Microwave/air fry/convention oven above. Full size armoir refrigerator /freezer with ice maker. and Dishwaser. All appliances are stainless.

It is have a very open floor plan. Bathroom is really nice and has a standard size shower with folding bench seat. Ceiling is high so no stooping :) Accent lighting and central vac. TV compartment outside. Fantastic storage. Auto awning. Everything can be controlled by your phone ( lights, climate, slides, awning ) or the touch screen panel. Electric or propane Water Heater. Happy to answer questions for anything I am forgetting. We have really loved this RV we just do not get use it enough.
