I am second owner - purchased last October. The first owner did not use it much to my understanding. My wife and I lived in this for about three months.

21 ft hitch to bumper, 18 ft box. 43 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon grey, 30 gallon black. GVWR is 6028 lbs, carrying capacity is 1511 lbs, dry weight is 4,517 lbs. 

No mechanical issues. There are a few cosmetic things.
1) There are some patched holes from a handicapped lift on the front when I purchased which I removed.
2) small hole in bathroom ceiling where clothes rod went through it on a bumpy road
3) some flaking veneer below the fridge where there was a leak at the rear fridge vent. I repaired the leak and built a water dam so it shouldnt happen again.

There was also a leak on the front window which I had professionally sealed, and I replaced the insulation beneath it that got wet.

I resealed the roof preventatively last fall and have resealed a few other pieces and parts.

We replaced the short queen mattress it came with a full size queen - it is a little tight fit for the Murphy bed but it does fit. We had added a shelf above the bed bc we kept the mattress down. I removed the shelf so it would fold up again but the shelf comes with it. We removed the curtains with intention to replace but only got as far as new curtain rods. Shades all work fine so no privacy issues. Upgrades to keypad lock for main door and upgraded cam locks for all the compartment doors. Regreased axles last fall. AC/heat work well. New harbor freight electric jack. New battery. Two 30 gal propane tanks. Comes with proven hitch lock. Ask any questions - can provide more photo/video if interested.
