This is a very clean, lightly used, one owner RV. The floorplan makes it ideal for a couple, with plenty of living space in only 29 3 total length. It has one slide in the bedroom and one slide in the living area. It is equipped with an excellent solar electric system, making it great for boondocking. The solar system includes 4- 190 watt solar panels, 4- Lifetime AGM batteries, a Magnum 2000 watt pure sine wave inverter, a Morningstar 60 amp MPPT charge controller, and a Trimetric battery monitor.
The living area features very comfortable Thomas Payne reclining theatre seating. There is a newer 40 Samsung smart TV on a swivel mount. Entertainment options include a DVD player, and built in AM/FM/CD/DVD/USB audio system. It is also equipped with a Dish Wally satellite television receiver. Included is a Dish portable Tailgater automatic dish with cable and case.

Under the television is an electric fireplace for ambiance and additional heat on those cool mornings. Primary heat is provided by an Atwood LP furnace, and cooling is handled by a ducted Coleman 15,000 BTU rooftop unit.

The dining area features a dining table with a removable leaf. There are 2 wooden chairs. There are 2 additional folding chairs in their own storage bags, to allow comfortable seating for 4 at the table.

The kitchen includes an 8 cubic foot Norcold gas/electric refrigerator, 3 burner LP stove with oven, and a microwave. There is a large double bowl stainless steel sink, and the faucet is equipped with a pull out sprayer. There is ample counter space and even a fold down counter extension for additional work space.

The spacious bathroom has a sink, new toilet, and a nice sized shower with sliding doors. The bathroom may be accessed from the passenger side hallway, or directly from the bedroom, through a sliding door.

The bedroom has a double sized mattress installed, but there is room for a queen mattress. The bed lifts up and is supported on gas struts to access a huge storage area under the bed. There is a nightstand on either side of the bed, with storage and 120 volt outlets and USB chargers. There are provisions to install a flat screen television in the bedroom- television is not included.

On the outside, there are multiple storage areas for all of your outdoor gear and equipment. The trailer is equipped with 2- 30 pound LP tanks with an automatic changeover regulator. There is an outside kitchen area with lots of storage space, a pull out countertop, and an LP hookup for your stove or grill. There is an 18 electric awning with LED lighting. There is a 2 hitch receiver on the rear which could be used for a bicycle rack or to tow a small boat or ATV. The hitch receiver is rated at 300 pounds tongue weight and 3,000 pounds trailer weight. The trailer has electric jacks on the front and electric stabilizers on the rear.

The original tires have been replaced with Cooper Discoverer tires. The date code on the tires is 3322, meaning that they were manufactured the 33rd week of 2022, so they have plenty of useful life remaining. The tires are mounted on aluminum wheels. A spare tire and wheel is mounted under the trailer.

The trailer is equipped with 50 amp electric service and utilizes a detachable power cord. A plug in surge suppressor is included, as are all of the hoses and cables that you should need. There is also a new cover for the trailer. A fifth wheel hitch assembly is included, although you will need additional equipment to attach it to your truck.
