This is the modern, high end equivalent of the classic Coleman Pop-up with every feature. Very good condition, spacious interior, loaded with amenities. Garage kept year round. Selling as the kids activities have taken priority so we no longer use it enough to justify keeping it in the garage. Easily towable with most crossovers or light trucks

Interior: In excellent shape overall with some slight wear and tear. Spacious for a family of 4, can sleep up to 5 adults and a kid comfortably. Furnace, sink, 2 burner stove, 3-way refrigerator, cassette toilet, hot water heater, brand new water pump, Indoor/outdoor stereo, all functional. Slide out dinette space. Lots of storage

Exterior: only 19 ft long when closed so fits easily in standard garage space. Cargo box, 2x 20 gallon propane tanks, outdoor grill connected to the propane, dometic awning, outdoor shower with hot water, 30 gal water tank. Newer tires with plenty of tread. Original Sunbrella canvas in very good shape.
