Description

2012 Lance 850 Truck Camper in good condition. The original owner has made considerable improvements to the camper, including upgrading the electrical system, installing a full array of solar panels, a separate electric fridge and freezer, a large battery bank, and insulation to extend the time during which this camper can be used, as well as interior changes. Please note that although the grey and black water tanks are still onboard the camper, the bathroom itself has been reorganized into storage space.  

This camper was specifically designed so the original owner could spend winters skiing (the reason the bathroom was removed was due to the cold environments that the camper was used in). In the summer, this camper was used to support the owner's mountain biking. This is a perfect setup for supporting your outdoor activities, whether in summer or winter.

The camper is sold as is.

Interior Features:

The Interior has been redesigned with an emphasis on insulation.

Sleeping:

The cabover features a NEW 6” queen-sized mattress. (Purchased for the new owner, perfect for 2.)

The dining area has been redesigned with a wider couch/seating area that also serves as a comfortable sleeping area. (newer cushions and upholstery with a smaller dining/work table.)

Kitchen: 

The galley kitchen features a three-burner stove with an oven and exhaust range hood. A cabinet space for a microwave. Large round sink with gooseneck faucet. Multiple cabinets and a utensil drawer. Modifications include a metal panel backsplash and magnetic knife board, a stainless steel utensil container, and additional spice racks.

Additionally, the original owner overhauled the refrigerator/pantry area, removing the propane fridge. It now holds two Dometic CFX3 35s 12v pull-out fridges and/or freezers. The new layout allows for a lot more pantry space for food and supplies.

Storage: 

Camper features ample and improved storage. The new couch area offers under-cushion storage spots and overhead cabinet shelving. The bathroom area has been renovated into shelving, including a closet, and a vanity area with a clothing rod and mirrored medicine cabinet. Additional wardrobes located near the kitchen, and in the cabover (wardrobe and hamper all with doors). Also, two upper metal shelves with original fabric details are located in the cabover. 

Entertainment:

Built-in stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers

Heating: 

A 20,000 BTU ducted heating system

Ventilation:

Multiple rooftop fans throughout the unit.

Décor: Most of the original fabric décor remains on the window treatments and upper shelving. The dinette/couch has been updated with newer upholstery and better cushions.

Wooden cabinets are throughout the camper. Miniblinds are featured on windows.

Lighting: Some enhanced lighting in a few areas. Between skylights, fans that open up on the roof, and lighting improvements, there is a lot of light in each area of the camper.

Flooring: Linoleum flooring has been protected under multiple mats and is in great condition.
