RV Description
I'm selling my 2005 REXHALL REXAIR 3650RB. This is the model that has a rear bathroom. The RV engine runs well. I've taken it up to NC and back and all over Florida. I've done some remodeling of the interior. However, there outstanding repairs, and the price will reflect that.
It has an 8 cylinder Workhorse engine with approximately 26,000 miles.
Current issues that need repaired:
Slide outs. The gasket leaked on the synchronizing cylinder. I have had it rebuilt, but I have not yet reconnected the rams to the two-room slideout, so the slideout is currently not functioning.
Hydraulic jacks are likewise not currently functioning
The engine AC does not currently work.
The generator needs tuned up.
Water tank needs a new anode rod
The awning can only manually be extended currently. The motor died.
The RV did have water damage in the past. As far as I'm aware, I have repaired all of the damaged flooring and walls.
It's being sold as-is. I am motivated to sell it and will entertain any reasonable offer.
