Need to sell because we purchased a motorhome. It has been well taken care of and stored in an enclosed building when not in use.

The garage is 11 ft and has tie downs if needed for your toys. With a half bath, two queen beds and a TV, our grandkids loved this for a separate living area. The floor and ramp are in great condition. The ramp also converts to a fenced patio, as seen in the pictures. We purchased this in January 2020, prior to COVID.

This fifth wheel is designed to provide ample space for living, sleeping, and entertainment, making it suitable for families, couples, or solo travelers. The contemporary interior features a comfortable four recliner couch. Both of the end recliners have heat and vibration. The kitchen island has four swing away seats that store neatly under the island.

The Keystone Fuzion is equipped with all the necessary utilities and systems to make life on the road easier. From a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom to state-of-the-art entertainment options, this fifth wheel has everything you need for a home away from home. These include a large refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, cooktop and oven, fireplace, three televisions, dvd player, radio with outdoor speakers, and an onboard fueling station.

Upgrades- It comes with a washer and dryer and has been upgraded to disc brakes. The tires are two year old 14 ply. Safety rails have also been added.

There is a small dent in the front left corner of the body and a small scratch on the nose.
