I shopped a long time to find a used, pre-covid built camper before they just started cranking them out. This is a perfect layout for a couple.it has an awesome outdoor kitchen with ceramic cooktop, fridge, sink, power, and even a hookup for a tv. Walk up the heavy duty steps in the main entrance into the kitchen equipped with a residential fridge. Kitchen and living room are open to each other and loveseat is opposite the tv and electric fireplace for comfortable viewing. Walk down the hall passing the dining booth that drops into a bed, the central located bathroom- (i'm 6' tall and it worked fine for me
The bedroom is on the opposite end with a door to the hallway and its own entrance from outside. The mattress was just ordered and is unused. Tv, two closets and under bed storage round out bedroom teatures.
Back outside next to the outdoor kitchen is an outdoor shower, storage galore and a full pass through storage upfront.
Power leveling jacks make setup quick and effortless.
Just had all systems gone over, title in hand and she's ready to go. Found some property and am going to build now-priced to sell quick..
I have a video I shot today when it was raining showing it has no leaks.I’m also trying to add the pics of the bathroom. The shower has a nice 3 glass panel door and a sunlite over it.
