RV Description
This Newmar Ventana 4037 is a 40' tag axle deisel pusher. The engine is a Cummins 400 hp and has plenty of power to pull a towed vehicle. I pull a Ford F 150 pickup truck with no problems. This coach is in excellent condition and everything works as it should.The maintenance is up to date by both Freightliner and the Newmar factory. Recently the slides, the Oasis heating system and the tank sensors were serviced by Newmar at their factory in Indiana.
The coach floor plan has 2 opposing couches, one of which is a queen size air mattress bed and the other is a fold down bed. The master bed is a king size SleepNumber that is adjustable on each side. It has 3 TVs and a DirecTV satellite system. The Oasis hydronic heating system is the best you can get. I have purchased a set of the Magna Shades for the windshield and both side windows ($1500).
The coach has 8 new house batteries and 2 new engine batteries as of 1 year ago. It has 2 new front tires and the rear tires are in good condition with 1-2 yers use on them. The coach has always been stored inside and I have tire shades to protect the tires when I use the coach.
The floors are a beautiful tiles with some accent carpeting.
