Chassis: 2016 Ford E-450. Runs like new Oil changed and tires replaced 9/2024, mileage:

Serpentine belt replaced 2022.

House:

Sleeps 7: 1 queen size bed in bed room, 2 full size beds (dinette and above the cab) and 1 twin size bed. Bedroom has 1 large closet and 1 small closet and storage above bed. Bathroom with a brand new unused toilet installed. Shower in great working condition with a new shower head. Girard tankless water heater with hot water for up to an hour. Kitchen with 3 burner gas stove, gas oven, and microwave. Refrigerator and freezer. Lots of cabinet storage. Dinette folds out into bed. Couch folds out into small bed. X1 slide out for kitchen/living room area gives a lot of room! Bed above cab (driving area). Onan on board generator runs well. On board 20 gallon propane tank. Air conditioning and heat.

Damage:

Interior: Minor scuff marks on floor and cabinetry. Tear in drivers side seat belt that has been patched.

Exterior: 1st storage compartment on driver side has minor damage to it. Repaired and can close and lock.

This setup is ideal for towing a wide range of vehicles up to 6,500 lbs that are flat-towable and compatible with Blue Ox baseplates. Common compatible vehicles include:
