The 2015 NEWMAR DUTCH STAR 4369 is a luxurious Class A motorhome designed for the ultimate RV experience. The exterior is in great condition and a beautiful tan, golden brown, burgundy and black design. This model has a spacious layout with plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment, making it an ideal choice for long road trips or extended vacations. The two main dining chairs were replaced with more modern chairs, but the two extra chairs are still in the coach. The two swivel chairs where replaced with a reclining loveseat with a center console for drinks and storing remotes, the extra stand alone "mid-table" is still in the coach. The couch has a comfortable queen size air mattress for guests and seats three people comfortable and the driver and passenger seats turn to add seating for 9 comfortably with the regular dining chairs.

This model has the master bath and another 1/2 bath with electric toilets. Plenty of storage and room in the master bathroom, extra lighting around the mirror was added. The bed is a comfortable RV King, plenty of storage with two closets and drawers in the bedroom and the full closet across the width of the bathroom at the back of the coach. Washer/Dryer are also in the bathroom with a comfortable size shower and double sinks.

The passenger seat has wear on the bottom front of the cushion, the driver side has some, pictures included, pricing assumes someone will want to have them re-upholstered. Brand new larger awning as it was replaced due to a broken arm 6 months ago. Tires about year and a half old have maybe 10k or so miles on them. All maintenance records are available.
