2014 Heartland Cyclone 5th wheel trailer for sale. Model 4018
Length is 44 (garage space is 18 long). Width is 8.42ft (101in), height is 13.25ft (159in).
Cargo area dimensions: 17.42ft long, 8.42ft width.

We can fit our dune buggy and 1 quad in there or our jet ski on a trailer so there is LOTS of space! Self-leveling jacks, there is a TV in garage, bedroom and living room (3 TVs total), washer and dryer hook ups in garage, trailer has a central vacuum cleaner system, ice cold fridge, 3 air conditioners (all work and are 15,000 BTUs), automatic heater is 35,000BTUs, outside 20 gallon fuel station and shower, separate 20 gallon fuel tank for the generator, generator is a 5500 watt Onan, generator starts right up, both awnings were replaced earlier this year, Sony sound system in living room, the garage has FOUR queen beds, queen bed in bedroom and bunk in living room, 2 beds in garage turn into dining room tables. Big water heater tank, we have never run into cold water while showering in this trailer. Hot water heater can be switched to gas or electric. All inside/outside lights work. There is endless storage space inside and out!!

There are 2 pop-outs (living room couch and bedroom closet). There are 2 power retractable awnings. Awning length is 20ft. There is a string of LED lights on both ends of the awnings.

Comes with custom cover. Fairly new cover, we bought it roughly a year ago.

Also comes with one full size spare tire/rim.

We dont own a dog or have little kids, so this trailer was not rough housed in. The dog and kid outside in 2nd picture is our friends (I laughed after I saw that contradiction, lol). We also dont smoke.
