3 axle Toy Hauler, sleeps 10-12 and still room for air mattress! Walk in shower, bathroom is separate. Master bedroom with Queen size bed, has separate entrance to bathroom. Loft with King size bed. Jack knife sofa makes into bed. Booth dinette makes into double bed. Back garage makes into private room, has 2 jack knife benches makes into king size bed. Upper bunk is also king size bed.

Has a few soft spots, no current leaks to our knowledge.

Tires are in fair condition.

Clean title, in hand

Garage is 10ft, 2 in. long

We are looking to up grade to a 5th wheel camper with 2 showers/bath.
