Doubletree Mobile Suite 36TK3 for sale. Price is $14,500. It is located in Centerville, Texas. This RV has had limited use and is in excellent condition. The RV has had only one owner and it's had no children or pets or smokers in it.

Since 2005 it has been used only for destination vacation trips ...18 two week trips to West Texas , 2 six week trips to Montana , 16 six week trips to Wisconsin, and 1 eight week trip to New York. Otherwise, the RV has been stored in an enclosed, insulated barn, with full hookups. It's slides and systems were checked and cycled about monthly while in storage to insure proper operation. This Mobile Suite has essentially been in storage about 80% of its life and in use about 20%. It's appearance and condition, interior and exterior, are exceptional.

The Suite has had two major upgrades : (1) replacement of the original kingpin with a MOREryd kingpin for a smoother towing experience and (2) modification of the undercarriage to replace the original Goodyear G614 tires (110 psi, 16 inch, 14 ply) with Goodyear G114 tires (125 psi, 17.5 inch, 16 ply.) The current set of G114s have 8,500 miles on them. An extra low mileage G114 is included in the sale.

Since the undercarriage upgrade, made in 2014, the Suite has had no tire issues. Prior to that there were several blowouts..The current G114s are loaded to only about 70% of their design load capacity. The original G614s were loaded to near their maximum design load capacity. Most all the new 5th wheels of this size and weight have 17.5 inch tires.

This RV sale will include about $2000 worth of additional items ....like an on-board air compressor, tire torque wrench, small additional refrigerator, small grill, all power adaptors, surge protector, sewer connections, Pressure Pro tire pressure monitoring system, two hydraulic jacks, outside recliners, etc.

A detailed eleven page brochure is available that gives complete list of repairs and name of the RV service company which has exclusively maintained the RV since 2005. The owner there will attest to the condition of the RV.

Repairs and maintenance of significance are these : All hydraulic lines were replaced in 2017, a complete brake job was done in 2019, two slide hydraulic valves were replaced in 2024, a new water heater installed in 2025, a new water pump in 2025.

In summary, this is a well maintained, little used, high end luxury RV. The owner has had several RVs in his life, including an an Airstream and this Mobile Suite, the Suite being the best by far. It is really a home away from home. Age (86) requires the owner to make adjustments in his vacationing lifestyle, transitioning to renting condos and houses at his vacation destinations and, necessarily, giving up the incredibly fulfilling and enjoyable RV lifestyle.
