This luxury 42-foot fifth wheel has been meticulously maintained and cared for. Previous owners did not have kids or pets and did not smoke. If you are considering, or already full-time RVers, this well laid-out beauty will give you all the comforts you expect from a luxury RV. DRVs are known for the quality, reliability, and craftmanship. Do not be fooled by other fifth wheels, do your research and compare, and you will see the DRVs are next level. From the stackable washer / dryer to the dishwasher, from the residential refrigerator to the gas oven and stovetop, from the upgraded Continental tires and rims to the upgraded electric CheapHeat, from the upgraded dual Sleep Number mattresses with heating and cooling pads to the rooftop satellite, you will have all the comforts of home while exploring the country on your adventures. DRVs are known to be heavier than other fifth wheels because of the industry leading sturdiness and extra insulation that maintains the interior climate you choose. The kitchen and living room areas are spacious, with high ceilings. The LED lighting throughout the RV gives you the ability to really brighten the spaces up. Having two bathrooms is a plus, especially if one of you has irritable bowel syndrome or stinky poo. The bedroom features a king-size bed, eight drawers for your clothes, and flat screen TV for those days you just dont want to get out of bed. Under the bed and overhead provide extra storage. The couch in the living area pulls out into a sleeper for those times when you mess up. You will love the size of the main bathroom and shower, which complimented with dual sinks, large storage cabinets, and a wall-to-wall closet that includes four drawers and built-in safe. The living room has side by side power recliners that face the large flat screen TV and fireplace. With my wife being a germaphobe, neat freak, and non-lover of any kind of insect, we upgraded the slideouts with a rubber seal on the bottom that significantly mitigated access to unwanted creatures. Additionally, this prevented hot or cold air from penetrating into the RV, which assisted in maintaining a consistent climate and kept me from potentially hearing constant complaints from the wife. The kitchen is the heart of any home, and this one does not disappoint. With the large island, floor to ceiling cabinets, and, as previously mentioned, the residential fridge, dishwasher, oven with stovetop, and convection oven / microwave, your husband will have everything he needs to do all the cooking, cleaning, and bartending while you sip your cocktail, critique him, and then praise him for a job well done. The beautiful exterior is painted (not decals) and has been waxed and maintained on a consistent basis. It has two powered awnings and three window awnings. It also has a backup camera and a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). There is ample storage underneath for all your wants and must haves. We even added rollers to the rear of the RV to prevent it from ever dragging the ground. A septic hose tube was added so you do not have to see or smell it every time you open the storage compartment. Included is a water softener that will help maintain the well-engineered PEX plumbing (see photo). The convenient access, clearly labeled plumbing, and shut-off valves make working with this so easy that even my wifes husband cant mess it up. You will appreciate the powered electric cable and auto leveling system.

The only reason we are selling her is because we bought a home in the country and roads will not accommodate it. Additionally, we have a 2020 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually Laramie that can be purchased for $60,000. This is the truck that we used to pull this fifth wheel. It includes the Trailer Saver BD5 hitch, which has airbags to provide a smooth pull. This also keeps items in the fifth wheel from being bounced around like a springboard. This Ram is loaded with all the bells and whistles. Leather interior, heated and cooled seating, heated steering wheel, large screen panel / GPS, backup camera, power everything, et cetera. With just over 80,000 miles and excellent / regular maintenance, this diesel truck will last forever with continued service. It is the perfect vehicle to tow the DRV Mobile Suite. I will also throw in a GPS specifically designed for RVs.
