The camper is in great condition. There is nothing wrong with it. Never had pets or smoking. We kept a Good Sam extended warranty policy on the camper and have kept up with all maintenance and repairs through them every year. I have all the maintenance paperwork and repairs we have completed on the camper. We have completed the roof treatments yearly as well. New tires were purchased 6/12/23. New HVAC system as well in the main area 8/29/25.
