The camper is in great condition. There is nothing wrong with it.

We are the 2nd owners.I bought it at 8 months old.  

Never had pets or smoking.

We kept a Good Sam extended warranty policy on the camper and have kept up with all maintenance and repairs through them every year. I have all the maintenance paperwork and repairs we have completed on the camper. I can transfer the Good Sam extended warranty policy I still have on the camper to the new owner if desired. 

We have completed the roof treatments yearly as well.

New tires were purchased 6/12/23.

New HVAC system in the main area, toilet & fireplace replaced by camping world 8/29/25.

Comes with weight distribution hitch, water line and sewer lines.
