Selling my 2021 Forest River FR3 motorhome. I'm a private owner selling my own rig. I purchased it for $99K four summers and 10,000 miles ago, selling now because our four kids are into high school and we don't have the time to use it like we used to.

Everything functions pretty much as it should. The only issues are the outside speakers don't work and the igniter on the cooktop is finicky so I usually light the burners manually. There is the usual wear and tear on the wood trim at outside corners, and one tear on the inside armrest of the sofa.

I've replaced a control module for one of the slideouts, that was spring 2026. I put in new coach batteries spring 2026 as well, and did all new rear tires. Rear tires now have about 600 miles on them, fronts have less than 10K. The fronts were new in 2024. I've never had a problem under the hood. The generator isn't young; it has around 1200 hours, but fires right up when called upon. No leaks or water damage.

I've replaced a number of the shades with cellular blackout shades from Home Depot, I like those a little better than the typical OEM RV shades.

This has been a great family rig for us. The bunk beds and overhead cab bed worked great for kids, and we could always fit a little one on the sofa bed or the dinette bed. Mom and dad have a private bedroom in the back with a walk-around bed. This thing legit sleeps 10 people as long as some of them are kids.

For our family a big feature was the outdoor TV, which I will include along with the aftermarket sound bar. After-dark hot dog and marshmallow roasts while the kids watched their movies are some of the best memories from our time with this one.

I hate to give it up, I've owned six RVs and this is the best one by far. But we're in a new life stage and we just don't have the time for it anymore. I'm pricing competitively at $59,900. To quote the great Tom Petty, "It's time to move on."
