RV Description
Well cared for couples trailer. Front queen bed and huge bathroom. Plenty of storage space. We are upgrading after many years of enjoyment. Overall very good condition inside and out - you won't be disappointed. Everything works perfectly. Ready to get in and go camping!
The trailer weights about 5,000lbs so it can be pulled with most half ton trucks like a F150, 1500 or Ram
The good:
Exterior: new tires, bearings replaced, repacked and axles regreased in 2023. Roof is strong with seems reinforced to prevent any water infiltration. Sides are still glossy. Power tongue jack.
Interior: New queen size mattress in Aug 2024. New smoke alarms 2025. Nice pull out shelves in pantry. Sofa pulls out into a bed too.
The not so good:
Exterior - Normal wear and tear for a ten year old camper that includes minor sticker damage from pressure washing, some minor fading of black bumper and frame paint near tongue
Interior - pictures show minor swelling of "wood" trim below fridge and bath sink. Couch delaminated but is still comfy and has been covered for aesthetics.
Never smoked in. No kids. Clean title in hand. Must see to appreciate. Willing to consider any reasonable offers.
