Our camper has been meticulously maintained. We have been the only owners of this camper and have limited our use to summer getaways at local / regional campgrounds. Countless recent upgrades, some of which include:

Master Bedroom queen, Bunkhouse with 2 full sized bunk beds, a sleeper sofa that folds into a double, a kitchen dinette that coverts into a full. Depending on the mix of adults / kids, it comfortably sleeps between 7-9.

Powerful AC with thermostat, propane powered forced hot air heat. Our camper was manufactured with the upgraded winter weather insulation kit underneath. Everything works as intended: fridge, freezer, stove top, oven, sinks, toilet, shower, hot water heater, outdoor shower, etc. Multiple storage bays under/outside of camper, 2 entrance / exits doors (main door and bathroom door).

This camper was very well maintained. Winterized/dewinterized every year at Longview up in Windsor, CT. Give them a ring and just ask for Matt ;)
