RV Description
Great mechanical shape. Low milage. Very clean. 2nd owner. Regularly maintained since first purchased. (Maintenance records available since sold off the lot in Vancouver). Recent mechanical upgrades and maintenance include new deep cell battery (5/26), serpentine belt (8/25), brake pads and rotors (5/25), weatherstripping/front door seals ('24), H4 55/60 watt headlights and deluxe wiring harness ('23), external transmission fluid cooler ('22), solenoid ('22). Recent camper upgrades include new struts for pop-top ('22), new LED light fixtures for all interior lights ('22). Stove, cabin lights, furnace, sink and external water faucet all work.
Issues are: Apparent short in camper/deep cell wiring system. I disconnect deep cell battery or use a trickle charger to keep it charged when not in regular use. The 110 landline and electrical system was never used. I have the parts if new owner would like to set it up. Norcold fridge is non-functional. Weak heater and AC. Some tears in the two side window screens (tent-top), now sewn and taped. The few small tears in the tent now taped with Gorilla Tape.
Odometer in image shows 83949 because odometer was reset to 0 when I imported in in 2002. Odometer when purchased in Vancouver was 36416. True milage is 120370.
