Must see this pristine 2507S air-conditioned trailer with $15,000 of extras ready to take out. First owner used it three times for a total of 1000 miles. Second owner used it three times for a total of another 1000 miles. Both owners stored trailer under cover or inside (climate controlled).

Spacious floor pan with very ample storage. When entering the door, you will see a queen Murphy bed with custom Tempurpedic type mattress. With Murphy bed stowed, there is a sofa that can be flattened for sleeping or relaxing when upright (with recliners). The bedroom area can be separated from main living area with curtain. The bedroom area also boasts a large front window with custom-made outside snap-on cover to protect it from the elements and road damage. There are wardrobe closets on both sides of bed with plug ins for your devices and separate lighting from main living area.

Inside kitchen to the left has double sink, 3 burner range with glass cover when not in use and Microwave. 24 inch Furion television can be articulated for multiple viewing angles. The sound system accommodates radio, DVD, flash drive with multiple speakers for entertainment through ceiling speakers. Freezer, fridge, double sink with cover and removable table allow for additional eating space or food preparation. Six-person dinette coverts to additional sleeping option with storage access under seats.

Other comfort options include heater, 6-gallon water heater, roof vent, and multiple air conditioner vents. Interior lighting is throughout. Six-foot slide-out compliments the spacious floor plan. Congoleum flooring is both durable and easy to clean.

Bathroom is spacious with storage and shower including radius glass door with water miser system and raised skylight for taller folks. Linen closets, sink, flush toilet and medicine cabinet complete the bathroom.

The exterior includes retractable LED lighted awning allowing various angles. Outdoor kitchen includes fridge, sink and two burner stove. Connections for outside TV viewing and accommodations for included attachable gas grill allow for comfortable outside living and cooking. Outside pass through storage with multiple additional exterior storage areas for cords, gray/black water accessories and other items and are lockable with magnetic doors to accommodate easy access.

Outside shower with add-on accessories has hot and cold water with lockable storage door. Roof ladder with detachable two bike rack and bumper to allow storage of black water hose if desired.
