AS IS Special. This is a nice over all 2017 surveyor with TONS of life left in it. Exterior needs a bath, but is actually in good shape. Decals are nice, fiberglass is smooth. Interior is pretty nice actually, however it does need a new couch, the fake leather is peeling off, and at some point it had a leak in the bedroom. The wall feels nice and solid, but it did wrinkle up the wall paper pretty good. Everything else seems to be pretty nice and straight forward on this rig. Is not leaking now, and everything seems to work good on it. Selling it below wholesale. Price is firm. We are taking a loss on this unit. Cant do much more than that.
