The good: Camper is in excellent mechanical shape and has been serviced by Glen's RV in Romeo, Michigan. Services provided within the past year: Roof cleaned conditioned and sealed, axle bearings replaced (4), tires replaced (4), battery replaced, exterior seams stripped prepped and caulked (all), brake pads and drums replaced (4).

The bad: Aesthetically, the camper is starting to show wear on the leather living room couch and the color on the fiberglass siding is starting to fade. Also, the awning is faded and has a few small holes.
