Holiday Rambler Presidential Suite with solid oak wood interior throughout & updated luxury vinyl flooring & carpet! This is a Solid investment in what is certainly one of the best well made coaches ever produced naturally being made by Monaco--just ask anyone who has ever owned one! They certainly don't make them like this any more unfortunately! These photos are current & actual & have not been altered or changed in any way. This wonderful floor plan with the open living area that features tons of solid oak storage cabinetry everywhere throughout the coach. This was used for seasonal use & is in really great shape & out--everything is solid! The window cornice boards are even oak with the upholstery material within then that matches the couch. Never has had any pets or kids inside nor has it been smoked in or heavily cooked in. Factory this came with carpeting throughout except for a small area by the entry way and behind the island. The original carpet was updated to luxury vinyl throughout the entire unit from the entire living area up the stairs into all the bathroom areas. This makes the entire cleaning a breeze & offers less concerns about allergens, dirt, etc. on the flooring. New carpet was installed onto the slide outs & around the bed area only just like factory with the color being complimentary to the vinyl flooring & decor. Also installed is a new hot water heater, 4 tires & battery. Very nice open space inside main living & kitchen area with many double pane windows that provide good natural light. Up the steps is king bedroom & en suite bathroom. The toilet area is completely privately contained opposite the vanity and shower enclosure. Adjacent to the toilet is the separate closet which also has a factory hookup for a washer & dryer should you choose to add them. The mattress platform which does raise up accommodates a king short rv mattress. Overall, this is turn key ready to use. Everything is operating as it should. All systems of plumbing, electric, 12v, AC, slide outs, awning, roof, & floor are good! This unit would be great for seasonal/temporary or more full time use either for yourself, parents, extended family, airbnb, a rental, a work office, or whatever you could think to use it for!
