All essential features are functional. Recent upgrades are a 15K BTU Dometic AC unit; hot water heater flush and new check valve (4/2005). New toilet install (2004).
All supplies for utilities included sewer hose kit with sidewinder support brackets; electrical cord, two propane tanks, and potable water hoses. A large TV in the den, a couch/bed, dining table & chairs, microwave, stove & oven, large refrigerator, Q bed, and big boy walk-in shower are standard. Reclining chair available. Lots of storage compartments inside and out.
Exterior is in good condition though markings are faded to all white. Tire condition is fair tire covers included. Majority of window coverings are in good shape. Recommend replacement of interior carpet and mattress.
This year-round lived-in trailer could use some TLC for its age.
