We will include many spare parts and other RV related accessories.

We are 2nd owner. We've owned since 2011. We got it at 11,000 miles. We have maintained the rig very well with regular M3 Freightliner preventative visits. Most recent bumper to bumper $9,000 M3 service and checks was in September, 2025. We have kept the rig up to date on all manufacturers recommended service. I have a list of upgrades we've done and maintenance we've done.

We have added 750 Watts of solar panels and a 3000 Watt Hybrid Inverter ($11,000), six 100 AH Lithium batteries ($5,500), Roof spray on 3/8" thick to seal against any possible roof leaks ($7,000), All carpet replaced in 2023 ($2,300), MCD window shades on all windows ($3,400), All bulbs replaced with LED bulbs ($1,300), DirecTV dish replaced ($2,850), Basement A/C replaced 2023 ($7,000), Front tires replaced 2025, Rear tires replaced 2019, All slide toppers replaced 2020, Generator 2121 hours serviced fully Sept. 2025, Main awning replaced 2017, 3000 Watt Hybrid Inverter and Solar controller replaced 2015, Alternator replaced 2021, Starter replaced 2024, Slide seals replaced 2020, Chassis batteries replaced 2019.

Body is full body paint. Very good condition with a few spots where the clear coat paint has peeled a bit. Shines up very nicely when washed and waxed. People are always amazed when we tell them what year it is.

We are travelling but will be in Yuma, AZ from November 5, 2025 to approximately April 1, 2026. We will then move out of Arizona. We are willing to consider offers. We will be available for tours of the Rig in Yuma during our stay from November 5, 2025 to approximately April 1, 2026.
