This 2020 Northwoods Arctic Fox 22G is in near-new condition. It has been meticulously maintained and has proven to be a great trailer with absolutely no mechanical or cosmetic issues since we have owned it. This 22G also comes with some nice upgrades to include Weatherguard main awning, 15K AC fully ducted, fully wired for a generator, LPG cover, 2" receiver hitch with rack and storage box, Mount-N-Lock Heavy duty bumper supports, full size queen bed, Haloview rearview camera with Bluetooth screen, dual MaxAir vents, Winegard Air 360+ and Winegard Gateway router, LevelMate Pro, upgraded Samsung TV with multi-directional mount, upgraded Jensen radio, and a Blu-ray DVD player. Additionally, the roof was recently fully recaulked and sealed and all other areas were inspected, added 2 brand new AGM batteries, all tire bearings were replaced and repacked, new brake pads (last season), new power-jack cover (last season), and stair tread covers.

If you are looking at the Arctic Fox brand, you are likely well informed on the high-quality heavy-duty frame and suspension, well thought out design, and overall high level of fit and finish. This comes with many standard features that on most other trailers are options. In the time we have owned it, we were very pleased to see it is more than marketing. It is seriously well built and a true 4-season trailer. We have comfortably stayed in the trailer in both very hot days and cold ones, yet it has maintained temperatures very well using the AC or heat far less than in other trailers we have been in. We have not had any mechanical issues of any kind, all the pieces and parts stay where they are supposed to and work, all the materials both inside and outside are in excellent condition. The ONLY reason we are selling it is we have a growing family (grandkids) and want a bit more space...and we plan on buying another Arctic Fox! Also, if you need a weight distribution hitch, I am willing to sell the current one attached, which is a high-quality Blue Ox Track Pro with the 9-hole shank...if you already have one, I will remove it prior to the sale.
